Free Vinca and Daylillies from MLT’s Dunseith Gardens

On Saturday, November 4, from 1 to 2 PM, bring a shovel and pots to Dunseith Gardens at Route 6 and North Street. We are giving away surplus plants (in the ground). A free will donation to the Mattapoisett Land Trust is appreciated.

Sixth grade Thoreau event at Tub Mill

On Friday, October 27, at 9:00 AM, Mattapoisett sixth graders will gather at the MLT Tub Mill property to share interesting facts about Henry David Thoreau on his bicentennial. In addition there will be a presentation on the history of Tub Mill.

Storytelling by Big Ryan of Big Ryan’s Tall Tales. A fire to make your s’mores. Who could ask for more?
At the intersection of North Street and Route 6. There will be no parking at Dunseith. Bring a flashlight to find your way home or back to your car.
